When will the gift arrive?
We deliver within 24 to 72 hours depending on the wilaya, and you can pick the delivery day and time slot on the product page. Orders placed before 2 p.m. arrive the same day within the city.
Will the recipient see the price?
No. We hide the price from the recipient by default, and we never put a receipt showing the amount inside the parcel.
The gift is for someone else, so who pays?
You do. We call you to confirm payment before delivery, or you can pay in advance, so the recipient is never asked for any money.
Can I write a personal message?
Yes. Write your message on the gift card and choose its design. You can also hide your name to keep the surprise complete.
What if they don't like the gift?
It can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery as long as it's in its original condition.
